Caring for a child who is sick or recovering can be a task many parents or caregivers find overwhelming.  Lake Region Home Health has a caring staff of dedicated professionals who understand the importance of kind, individualized care.Lake Region Home Health offers quality care to children in their home, allowing them to maintain or recuperate in the comfort and security of their home and family.Our dedicated staff develops your child's care plan with you and your child's physician.  We work with your child's physician, who monitors all services we provide in the home.  Any child can be referred for Home Health Services by their physician, family members, or friend.  A Lake Region Home Health nurse will meet with you to determine your needs and answer your questions.Your child's care will be managed by you and a registered nurse who will be a consistent contact person.  The RN will serve as a resource person to answer your questions and arrange the assistance your child needs.Home Health Aides are specially trained to meet the needs of individuals in their homes.Lake Region Home Health is Medicare and Medicaid certified and is licensed by the State of Minnesota.  It is available to children within a 30-mile radius of New London, MN.
